This notice covers the Launchzy website and enquiries. Client-specific processing, recipients and contractual safeguards must also be addressed in the relevant service and data-processing documentation.

Launchzy ("Launchzy", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we process. This policy explains what we collect, why, the legal bases we rely on, and the rights available to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.

02Data we collect

Contact & enquiry data: name, email, phone, company, and the message you send via our forms, email, or booking link.
Client & project data: information you provide so we can build and operate your systems (e.g. business details, pricing, workflows). Where this includes data about your own customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
Usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

To respond to enquiries and schedule calls: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.
To deliver, operate, and support the services you engage us for: performance of a contract.
To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant marketing: consent or legitimate interest (you may opt out at any time).
To secure, maintain, and improve our website and services: legitimate interest.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations: legal obligation.

04Cookies & analytics

Whop advertising measurement is optional and remains blocked until you select “Accept tracking”. Rejecting it does not restrict access to the website. You can reopen “Privacy choices” at any time and reject tracking to withdraw consent. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop the already loaded pixel; it does not undo information already transmitted. 05Sharing & processors

Providers visible on this website include Cloudflare (hosting and delivery; Vercel retained during the migration), Whop (optional advertising measurement), Google Fonts (font delivery on pages that request it) and Calendly (external scheduling links). Loading a third-party resource can disclose your IP address and browser/request information to its provider. Calendly is opened when you follow a booking link; its own privacy notice applies there. Whop is requested only after tracking consent. Enquiries sent by email and client engagements may involve additional communication or service providers; contact us for the recipients relevant to your enquiry or contract. We may also disclose information where required by law.

06International transfers

Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Transfers of personal data are subject to the applicable GDPR requirements, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required. Contact ceo@launchzy.eu for information about the destination and transfer mechanism applicable to your processing. This notice does not promise that all website or client data stays in the EU.

07Retention

The website remembers your tracking choice for up to 180 days and your selected language until you clear browser storage. Third-party retention follows the relevant provider and processing purpose. Retention of enquiries and client records depends on the purpose, the applicable agreement, statutory record-keeping obligations and any necessary legal claims. Contact us for the retention period or criteria applicable to a particular record; we do not state an unverified universal period for all client data.

08Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email ceo@launchzy.eu. We must normally respond within one month; where the GDPR permits an extension, we must explain it within that first month. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

09Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

10Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
