When Omar Astius set out to open VEGNA, a modern aesthetic clinic in Amsterdam, he wanted the front desk to feel as premium and digital as the treatment rooms. Launchzy built the website and connected front-office workflows, including call handling and booking.
The brief
Omar gave Launchzy founder Filip Tamasi one instruction: "Automate everything you can, and make me a website that looks premium and minimalistic." Launchzy built VEGNA's new website and worked on booking, follow-up, review and reporting workflows, including an AI Receptionist for inbound calls.
What Launchzy built
A premium website paired with front-office workflows for incoming calls, bookings and follow-up. The goal was to give the clinic a consistent experience from the first enquiry onward.
